Explains how Wigiwork uses AI (Wigi IQ Labs™ & Wigi AI Assistant), what decisions remain human-only, how automated shortlisting works, and your rights around automated processing. Clarifies that direct identity fields are not used for ranking, matching, or recommendations, and that Wigiwork does not make final hiring decisions.

ATS & Integration Notice
Explains how Wigiwork connects to Applicant Tracking Systems, what data flows to external systems (privacy-protected Wigi Highlight summaries), how Access Requests work, and obligations employers must follow to protect candidate anonymity. Clarifies that Discovery Search remains inside Wigiwork and candidate identity data is not sent to external ATS integrations unless access has been approved and the transfer is permitted by the applicable access and integration settings.
