Changes, Availability & Termination
1. Modifications to the Platform
Wigiwork may modify, update, enhance, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the platform, including features, interfaces, algorithms, visibility rules, or service components, at any time and at its sole discretion.
Users acknowledge that:
- Wigiwork is not required to maintain any specific feature or functionality;
- Wigiwork may introduce new features or retire existing ones without prior notice;
- Wigiwork may modify relevance, ranking, or display logic as part of ongoing improvements
Wigiwork is not liable for any impact, loss, disruption, or business consequence resulting from such modifications.
Wigiwork may also modify system behavior, visibility rules, matching logic, access controls, or platform features as part of ongoing improvements.
2. Service Availability
Wigiwork does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The platform may be unavailable temporarily or permanently due to:
- maintenance or upgrades;
- system failures or outages;
- network, hosting, or third-party provider issues;
- regulatory or compliance requirements;
- security or fraud-prevention measures;
- circumstances beyond Wigiwork's control.
Wigiwork is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, delay, or business impact caused by service interruptions or availability limitations.
Service availability may vary by region, user status, or system conditions and may be restricted without notice where required.
3. Suspension of Accounts
Wigiwork may temporarily suspend or restrict access to any account when:
- suspicious, unauthorized, non-compliant, or potentially harmful activity is detected;
- verification is required;
- the user violates these Terms or other policies;
- legal or regulatory reasons require suspension;
- safety or confidentiality concerns arise.
Suspension may occur with or without notice and may be applied automatically based on system signals.
Wigiwork is not liable for any impact resulting from temporary or precautionary suspension actions.
4. Termination of Accounts
Wigiwork may permanently terminate accounts or revoke access when:
- users repeatedly violate these Terms;
- employers misuse or retain candidate information without authorization;
- recruiters misrepresent hiring clients or authority;
- fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior is detected;
- platform integrity, confidentiality, or user safety is threatened;
- continued service is no longer legally permissible.
Termination may include removal of access, deletion of content, invalidation of credits, restriction of related accounts, and organization-wide bans.
Wigiwork may retain or preserve data where required for legal, fraud-prevention, audit, or compliance purposes.
5. Termination by the User
Candidates and employers may terminate their accounts at any time through the platform's account settings. Upon termination:
- user data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days;
- employer access ends immediately;
- all associated rights granted by these Terms terminate.
Termination by the user does not affect Wigiwork's right to retain minimal information required for legal, fraud-prevention, compliance, or security purposes.
6. Rights Surviving Termination
The following obligations survive account termination:
- confidentiality (NDA-Safe™)
- Wigi-DNA™ protections
- intellectual property restrictions
- data retention rules
- liability limitations
- prohibited conduct clauses
- ownership and proprietary rights
- enforcement and dispute resolution provisions
Termination does not release users from responsibility for actions taken while their account was active, including actions taken outside the platform.
7. No Liability for Termination or Modification
Wigiwork is not liable to any user or third party for:
- suspending or terminating access;
- modifying or discontinuing services or features;
- enforcing compliance or confidentiality requirements;
- restricting access based on location, verification status, risk assessment, or system-determined compliance decisions.
Users agree that Wigiwork's decisions regarding suspension, modification, or termination are final and made at Wigiwork's sole discretion.
Wigiwork is not obligated to provide explanations where doing so may compromise security, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.
8. Policy & Terms Updates
Wigiwork may update these Terms, policies, or related documents to reflect:
- legal or regulatory changes;
- platform improvements;
- new features;
- safety requirements;
- operational or business changes.
Continued use of Wigiwork after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and policies.
Wigiwork reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect platform integrity, user anonymity, data security, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
