SMS Terms

These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "SMS Terms") describe text messages sent by Wigiwork Inc. PBC, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation ("Wigiwork," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Messages We Send
Wigiwork may send you SMS messages for:
- phone-number verification and account-security codes, including codes you request for sign-in and account recovery; and
- transactional alerts about activity on your Wigiwork account.
Wigiwork does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages, and phone numbers are not used for marketing.
2. Your Consent
By requesting an SMS code, you authorize Wigiwork to send the requested verification, sign-in or account-recovery code to the number you provide. Authorization for optional account alerts is obtained separately. Optional SMS notification preferences may be changed where offered.
Message frequency varies according to your requests and relevant account activity.
3. Message Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply. Wigiwork does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile provider may apply standard messaging or data charges.
4. Stopping SMS Messages
Reply STOP to an account-alert SMS to stop account alerts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. This does not stop verification or security codes you request.
Reply START to the same number to resume account alerts.
5. Help and Support
Reply HELP to a Wigiwork SMS message for assistance. You may also contact us at support@wigiwork.com.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability.
7. Privacy
Wigiwork handles your phone number and related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Supported Numbers
SMS services are available only for supported mobile numbers and countries. Landlines and virtual phone numbers are not supported.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version and its date are always published on this page.
