Only real, active, legitimate roles are allowed.

If the role isn't approved internally, don't list it.
Ghost roles result in immediate access review or removal.
3.Salary Integrity
When you request access:
- acknowledge the professional's stated salary
- do not lowball
- do not bait-and-switch
- do not waste time
4.Message Professionally
No spam · No pressure
No identity fishing · No harassment
This is a professional network. Act accordingly.
5.Consent-Only Identity
Professionals decide:
- who sees them
- when they reveal identity
- whether to engage
- if they stay hidden
No exceptions.
6.NDA-Safe™ Environment
All professional information is confidential.
Strictly prohibited:
- screenshots
- exports
- ATS dumps
- sharing without authorization

Strong enforcement includes:
- warnings
- messaging freezes
- account suspension
- company-wide bans
