Only real, approved, and active roles are allowed. Ghosting or posting without intent results in review.

Salary Integrity

Recruiters acknowledge candidate salary expectations and agree not to lowball, price shuffle, or waste time.

Professional Messaging

No spam, pressure, harassment, or identity fishing. This is a professional network.

Consent-Only Identity Access

Candidates decide who sees their identity, when access is granted, and whether to engage.

NDA-Safe Environment

Candidate information is confidential. Screenshots, exports, ATS dumps, and internal sharing are prohibited.

2.No Fake or Ghosting Roles

Only real, active, legitimate roles are allowed.

If you're not hiring, don't post.
If the role isn't approved internally, don't list it.

Ghost roles result in immediate access review or removal.

3.Salary Integrity

When you request access:

acknowledge the professional stated salary
do not lowball
do not bait-and-switch
do not waste time

4.Message Professionaly

5.Consent-Only Identity

Breaking that trust ends your access.

messaging freezes
account suspension
company-wide bans

If you want to hire great people, these rules help everyone win.
If not — there are plenty of “normal” job boards elsewhere.
