Wigiwork Inc. ("Wigiwork," "we," "our," or "us") owns and protects all trademarks, service marks, brand assets, illustrations, and proprietary systems associated with the Wigiwork platform.
This Notice explains how these assets may be used and the restrictions that apply.

Wigiwork's brand assets, including WigiPic avatars and Wigi-DNA protections, are part of a proprietary system designed to support anonymity and prevent misuse of platform data.

1. Wigiwork Trademarks & Brand Assets

Wigiwork owns all rights to its trademarks and brand identity, including (but not limited to):

  • Wigiwork™
  • Wigi™
  • WigiPic™ (anonymous avatar system)
  • Wigi-DNA™ (image/content protection technology)
  • Wigi IQ Labs™
  • Wigi AI™ / WigiChat™
  • Anonymous Network™
  • Anonymous Profiles™
  • NDA-Safe™
  • Ghost Character™
  • Ripped-W Icon™(cut "W." logo)
  • Wigiwork Logo™
  • all associated artwork, characters, icons, design styles, and system-generated illustrations

These assets are protected internationally across recruitment, HR, IT, and employment-related industries.

All trademarks, brand assets, system-generated outputs, and visual elements remain the exclusive property of Wigiwork and may not be used without prior written permission.

2. WigiPic™ Anonymous Avatars

2.1 Individual Use

WigiPic avatars are unique, system-generated illustrations assigned to users while their Wigiwork account is active.

Users may use their assigned WigiPic for:

  • personal branding
  • social media
  • CVs or job applications
  • non-commercial personal use

Users may not:

  • modify or alter the artwork
  • create derivative versions
  • sell, license, or distribute WigiPic artwork
  • use WigiPics in commercial branding or corporate identity
  • upload WigiPics to other apps or platforms as system assets
  • generate lookalike avatars that mimic the Wigiwork style

All WigiPic avatars remain the intellectual property of Wigiwork.

Wigiwork does not grant any ownership or transferable rights in WigiPic avatars beyond limited personal use.

2.2 Company & Third-Party Restrictions

Employers, agencies, and third parties may not:

  • use WigiPics for employee photos, product art, UI illustrations, or marketing;
  • download, store, or repurpose WigiPic artwork;
  • train AI or datasets on Wigiwork or WigiPic images;
  • create competing avatar or profile systems using the WigiPic style;
  • imitate or replicate the monoline character aesthetic used by Wigiwork.

Any commercial or product-related use is strictly prohibited.

Wigiwork is not responsible for any misuse, replication, or unauthorized use of WigiPic assets outside the platform.

3. Wigi-DNA™ Protected Imagery

Images and documents served on Wigiwork may contain Wigi-DNA™, a proprietary, invisible digital marker used to:

  • detect unauthorized copying or redistribution
  • enforce confidentiality
  • support misuse investigations

Users must not modify, remove, hide, bypass, or attempt to interfere with Wigi-DNA™ protections.
Unauthorized redistribution of protected content is prohibited.

Wigiwork does not guarantee that Wigi-DNA™ protections will be effective in all cases, particularly where content is altered or used outside supported environments.

4. Logo, Icons & Visual Identity

Wigiwork's logos, icons, and branded visual elements—including the Ripped-W Icon™, Ghost Character™, and the overall Wigiwork illustration style—are protected under trademark, copyright, and trade dress laws.

Users and organizations may not:

  • use Wigiwork logos or iconography without written permission;
  • imitate the cut-W or monoline illustration style;
  • imply partnership or affiliation without approval;
  • incorporate Wigiwork branding in products, services, or marketing materials.

Any use of Wigiwork branding must comply with official brand guidelines where provided.

5. Prohibited Uses of Wigiwork Brand Assets

Users, employers, agencies, and third parties may not:

  • reuse or publish Wigiwork artwork outside the platform
  • embed Wigiwork assets into other applications or services
  • design derivative avatars or UI elements inspired by Wigiwork
  • modify or adapt Wigiwork characters, icons, or branding
  • use Wigiwork trademarks in domain names or social handles
  • build machine learning models or datasets using Wigiwork imagery
  • create competing branded materials using similar designs or identity

Users must not use Wigiwork assets, outputs, or designs to create datasets, train models, or develop competing services or systems.

6. Enforcement

Wigiwork enforces its trademarks and branding rights through:

  • DMCA actions
  • trademark enforcement
  • takedown requests
  • cease-and-desist notices
  • legal proceedings
  • organization-wide platform bans
  • Wigi-DNA™ misuse tracing
  • reporting violations to authorities when applicable

Brand misuse may result in suspension, termination of access, and legal consequences, including enforcement actions where permitted by law.

Wigiwork reserves full discretion in determining violations and enforcement actions and is not obligated to disclose internal detection or enforcement methods.
