Confidentiality & Wigi-DNA™
1. Confidentiality Obligations
All information accessed through Wigiwork is confidential.
Users — including candidates, employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and authorized representatives — must not:
- disclose, forward, copy, export, screen-capture, record, or redistribute any information obtained on Wigiwork;
- use candidate or employer information for any purpose other than evaluating a candidate or legitimate hiring activity;
- store or retain candidate information outside Wigiwork;
- upload candidate information into external systems, including ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, databases, messaging tools, or any third-party service.
Confidentiality applies to all candidate and employer information regardless of whether a separate NDA exists and extends to all data, content, and system-generated outputs accessed through Wigiwork.
2. NDA-Safe™ Environment
Wigiwork operates as an NDA-Safe™ environment.
This means:
- all information shared within the platform is treated as strictly confidential;
- employers and recruiters are legally obligated to protect all information accessed;
- no information may be shared outside the verified employer account;
- recruiters may only use candidate information for the specific authorized hiring purpose.
Violation of NDA-Safe™ obligations is considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
3. Use for Authorized Hiring Purposes Only
Candidate information may be used only for:
- legitimate evaluation of a candidate for a genuine job opportunity with the verified employer client.
Employers and recruiters may not:
- reuse candidate data for new or unrelated roles;
- share candidate data with other hiring clients, teams, or third parties;
- build internal candidate libraries, databases, or pools using Wigiwork content;
- contact candidates outside Wigiwork without explicit candidate approval or attempt to bypass platform protections.
Candidate data must not be retained, reused, or repurposed beyond the specific authorized hiring context.
4. Wigi-DNA™ Content Protection
Certain images, documents, or files may contain Wigi-DNA™, an invisible digital protection marker used to:
- detect unauthorized copying, redistribution, or removal;
- enforce confidentiality requirements;
- support investigations into suspected misuse.
Users must not:
- alter, obscure, remove, or tamper with Wigi-DNA™ markers;
- attempt to bypass or evade content protection measures;
- download, extract, or reuse protected content outside Wigiwork.
Wigi-DNA™ contains no personal identifiers and is used solely for content integrity, traceability, and confidentiality enforcement.
Wigiwork does not guarantee that Wigi-DNA™ protections will be effective in all cases, particularly where content is altered, captured externally, or used outside supported environments.
5. Prohibition on Retention After Access Expiry
Employer access to candidate information is strictly temporary.
When access expires or is revoked, employers and recruiters must:
- immediately discontinue use of all candidate information;
- permanently delete any internal notes, screenshots, or derived references;
- ensure no retained copies exist in any system.
Retention or reuse of candidate information after access expiry is strictly prohibited under NDA-Safe™ obligations and may result in enforcement action.
6. Agency-Specific Confidentiality Restrictions
Recruitment agencies and staffing firms must:
- use candidate information exclusively for the specific employer client and role disclosed to Wigiwork;
- not share candidate information with other clients, organizations, or internal teams;
- not pool, copy, or distribute candidate information across multiple hiring relationships;
- delete all candidate information once access expires or the role is closed.
Any reuse of candidate data outside the disclosed employer relationship is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Unauthorized Disclosure & Misuse
Unauthorized disclosure includes, without limitation:
- screenshots or screen recordings;
- copying text, files, or data into external systems;
- manually transcribing candidate information;
- forwarding content through email, chat applications, or messaging tools;
- publishing or sharing confidential information with third parties;
- leaking or otherwise exposing Wigiwork data.
Any unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate suspension or termination and may lead to legal action.
8. Investigation Rights
Wigiwork may investigate suspected confidentiality breaches, including:
- unauthorized access;
- identity misuse;
- attempts to bypass confidentiality or visibility controls;
- Wigi-DNA™ detection events;
- unusual access activity;
- reports of leakage or misuse.
Wigiwork may take any necessary action to protect user anonymity, confidentiality, platform integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.
9. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this section may result in:
- immediate suspension or termination of employer or recruiter accounts;
- removal of verification status;
- loss of credits, tools, or platform privileges;
- organization-wide bans;
- preservation of evidence for legal proceedings;
- civil or criminal enforcement where appropriate.
Wigiwork enforces NDA-Safe™ and confidentiality obligations to the full extent permitted by law and may pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
10. Survival of Obligations
All confidentiality obligations — including NDA-Safe™, Wigi-DNA™, and content-handling restrictions — survive:
- account closure;
- identity reset;
- access expiry;
- termination of these Terms.
Users remain responsible for any misuse or disclosure that occurred while access was active, including actions taken outside the platform.
Wigiwork is not responsible for actions taken by users outside the platform, including the storage, sharing, or redistribution of information once accessed.
