Recruiters must act solely on behalf of their verified employer and follow all platform rules. Employers are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts, including actions of recruiters, employees, contractors, and authorized users.
Recruiter-Client Disclosure (Mandatory)
Recruiters, staffing firms, and agencies must:
- accurately disclose the employer clients they represent;

- act only on behalf of companies they are authorized to represent.
This information is required to:

Failure to disclose hiring clients may result in restricted access, suspension, or account termination.

- email address;
- mobile number;
- identity documents (candidates);
- company affiliation and business identity (employers);
- hiring authorization documents (recruiters);
- additional documents when required for safety or compliance.
Verification data is used solely for authenticity, safety, and compliance.
Wigiwork may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if verification is incomplete, inconsistent, appears fraudulent, or presents elevated risk.
Verification processes may include automated and manual checks. Wigiwork is not obligated to disclose specific verification methods, signals, or criteria.
5. Accuracy of Information
Users agree to provide accurate information regarding:
- identity;
- work history;
- professional qualifications;
- company affiliation;
- hiring authority;
- posted job details, including compensation ranges.
Misrepresentation may result in restricted visibility, limited features, suspension, removal, or account termination.
Users are responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information, including decisions made by other users based on such information. Wigiwork does not verify and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-provided information.
6. One Account Per User
Candidates may maintain only one personal account.
Employers must ensure that each recruiter has a separate, authorized login.
Creating multiple accounts or identities to evade restrictions, bypass controls, or influence platform behavior is prohibited.
Users may maintain multiple accounts only where they represent clearly distinct and legitimate use cases (e.g., separate employment roles or organizations), and where such use is permitted or approved by Wigiwork.
Creating multiple accounts under the same organization, role type, or for the purpose of misrepresentation, duplication, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
7. Secure Use of Wigiwork
