Wigiwork may request additional verification where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
3. Verification & Compliance Requirements
To maintain a secure hiring environment, Wigiwork may require verification of:
- identity (candidates);
- company legitimacy (employers);
- recruiter authorization and employer-client disclosure (agencies);
- hiring authority and related documentation.
Verification data is used strictly for safety, compliance, authenticity, and fraud-prevention checks.
Wigiwork may use automated and manual systems to assess verification outcomes and is not obligated to disclose verification criteria, signals, or methods.
4. Geographic & Regulatory Access Restrictions
Wigiwork may restrict or block access from certain regions in order to:
- comply with sanctions, regulatory requirements, and applicable law;
- protect platform safety and confidentiality;
- reduce risk associated with verified fraud sources or high-risk jurisdictions.

- enforce NDA-Safe™ obligations;
- maintain system integrity;
- prevent misuse or malicious activity.
Actions may include restriction, suspension, termination, permanent removal of accounts or organizations, and blocking of associated identities, devices, or networks.
Wigiwork retains full discretion in determining appropriate enforcement actions and is not obligated to provide detailed explanations where doing so may compromise security or fraud-prevention systems.
