Company Data & Employer Rules
1. Company Data Provided to Wigiwork
Employers and recruiters may submit information to Wigiwork ("Company Data"), including:
- job postings, hiring requirements, and role descriptions;
- company profile information and recruiter contact details;
- internal notes, tags, hiring activity, and workflow metadata;
- business verification documents and proof of authorization;
- billing, subscription, and transaction information (processed via Stripe).
Company Data is used solely to provide Wigiwork services, maintain platform integrity, enforce compliance, and protect candidate anonymity.
2. Ownership of Company Data
Employers retain ownership of the Company Data they submit.
Wigiwork retains ownership of:
- its platform, systems, and infrastructure;
- anonymization and confidentiality frameworks;
- Wigi IQ Labs™, WigiPic™, Wigi-DNA™, Anonymous Profiles™, and proprietary technology;
- aggregated and non-identifiable platform insights.
Submitting Company Data does not grant employers any rights to Wigiwork's intellectual property, internal systems, or platform-generated outputs.
3. Recruiter-Client Disclosure (Mandatory)
Recruiters, staffing firms, and agencies must:
- accurately disclose the employer clients they represent;
- identify the specific hiring client for each job posting, search, or hiring action;
- act only on behalf of verified and authorized employer clients.
Failure to disclose accurate client information constitutes a material breach and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
4. Use of Company Data by Wigiwork
Wigiwork may process Company Data for:
- account operation and recruitment workflows;
- verification and compliance checks;
- preventing fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized hiring activity;
- applying NDA-Safe™ and confidentiality protections;
- maintaining security and platform integrity.
Wigiwork does not use Company Data for advertising, resale, marketing, or unrelated purposes and processes such data only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
5. Employer Responsibility for Confidentiality
Employers and recruiters must:
- keep all candidate information confidential;
- not redistribute, copy, export, or forward candidate data;
- not store candidate information in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, internal databases, emails, or external systems;
- use candidate information solely for evaluating the candidate for the disclosed role.
Wigiwork may revoke, suspend, or terminate employer access for any confidentiality breach.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that all employees, recruiters, contractors, and authorized users comply with these confidentiality obligations.
6. Prohibited Use of Company Data by Employers
Employers and recruiters may not:
- reuse candidate information for roles or clients not disclosed to Wigiwork;
- combine candidate information with external databases;
- transfer candidate information to third parties;
- use Wigiwork data for sales, marketing, or competitive intelligence;
- attempt to deanonymize candidates, infer identity, or bypass visibility and anonymity protections.
Employers must not build internal databases, talent pools, intelligence systems, or datasets using Wigiwork data.
7. Salary Integrity, Offer Conduct & Job Posting Obligations
Employers must provide:
- accurate, non-misleading salary ranges;
- ranges within reasonable limits consistent with platform standards;
- truthful and lawful job information.
7.a Salary Integrity & Access Request Acknowledgement
By requesting access to a candidate, employers acknowledge:
- the candidate's stated salary expectations;
- that they can realistically engage at or near that level;
- that they will not misuse access to "test," pressure, or undercut salary expectations.
Employers and recruiters must not:
- contact candidates with offers substantially below their stated expectations;
- attempt to "price-shuffle" or pressure candidates to accept significantly lower pay;
- repeatedly request access to candidates they cannot afford;
- waste candidate time with lowball or bad-faith offers;
- misrepresent salary ranges, budget caps, compensation structure, or hiring intent.
Reasonable negotiation is permitted.
Deliberate undercutting, bait-and-switch behavior, or salary manipulation will result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans and may result in account termination.
7.b Job Posting Accuracy
Wigiwork may:
- reject salary entries that are misleading or unreasonably low;
- restrict excessively broad or unrealistic ranges;
- require correction or clarification;
- remove or suspend postings that violate these Terms.
Wigiwork does not disclose internal salary guardrails, validation criteria, system thresholds, or internal enforcement logic.
Wigiwork may apply internal guardrails, thresholds, and validation rules based on role type, geographic factors, and market conditions to maintain fair market alignment and prevent misuse of the platform.
These controls are designed to prevent manipulation, undercutting, or gaming of compensation expectations.
Wigiwork does not disclose the specific criteria, thresholds, signals, or enforcement logic used in these systems.
8. Transfer of Company Data in Business Transactions
In the event of merger, acquisition, investment, restructuring, or asset transfer, Company Data may be transferred as part of Wigiwork's business assets.
Any successor entity must uphold the same confidentiality, data-protection, and platform integrity standards.
9. Retention of Company Data
Company Data may be retained only as necessary for:
- maintaining active employer accounts;
- fraud prevention and compliance;
- audit, reporting, and regulatory obligations;
- dispute resolution.
Employers may request deletion of Company Data, subject to legal, financial, regulatory, and fraud-prevention requirements.
10. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of this section may result in:
- suspension of recruiter or employer accounts;
- removal of verification status;
- invalidation of credits or tools;
- organization-wide bans;
- legal action or regulatory reporting.
Wigiwork may take any action necessary to maintain confidentiality, platform safety, fraud prevention, salary integrity, and candidate anonymity.
Wigiwork applies strict internal access controls, monitoring, and audit processes to ensure that user data is accessed only where necessary for legitimate operational, security, and compliance purposes.
