6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Wigiwork relies on third-party service providers for infrastructure, communication, verification, security, payment processing, analytics, and compliance services.

  • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
  • loss of revenue, profit, data, business, or opportunities;
  • reputational harm or loss of goodwill;
  • reliance damages or expectation damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if Wigiwork has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Maximum Liability Cap

If Wigiwork is found liable despite the above limitations, total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount paid by the user to Wigiwork in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

Any references to "100% anonymous" describe Wigiwork's design goals and default behavior and do not constitute a guarantee that identification can never occur in all circumstances

Anonymity may be affected by user actions, third-party behavior, or factors outside Wigiwork's control.

11. Limitations of Digital Security & Anonymity

Users acknowledge that anonymity depends in part on user behavior and responsible use of the platform.

12. Jurisdictional Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability.

In such cases, the above provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and all remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

By using Wigiwork, you acknowledge and agree that use of the platform is at your own risk and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wigiwork shall not be liable for outcomes, decisions, or events arising from use of the Services, including those resulting from automated systems, user actions, or third-party services.
