User Responsibilities
1. Accuracy of Information
All users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
Wigiwork may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
Wigiwork does not verify and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-provided information.
2. Confidential Use of Wigiwork
Users must maintain the confidentiality of all information viewed on Wigiwork and may not:
- attempt to identify, trace, or deanonymize any candidate or user;
- copy, save, export, forward, screen-capture, or distribute information;
- bypass anonymity or privacy controls;
- use information accessed on Wigiwork outside legitimate hiring or job-seeking purposes.
All platform content is confidential and protected under NDA-Safe™ obligations. Users are responsible for how they access, use, and handle such information.
3. Protection of Candidate Information (Employers & Recruiters)
Candidate information may be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes within Wigiwork. Employers and recruiters may not:
- store or retain candidate information outside Wigiwork;
- upload candidate information to any external ATS, CRM, mailing list, spreadsheet, or database;
- share candidate data with unauthorized individuals or third parties;
- retain candidate information after access has expired.
Unauthorized retention, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
4. Appropriate Use of Automated Systems
Users may not:
- interfere with, manipulate, or misuse Wigiwork's automated systems;
- attempt to reverse-engineer or analyze internal processes;
- attempt to influence or manipulate matching, shortlisting, ranking, or recommendations;
- bypass access or visibility limitations.
Wigiwork reserves full discretion over how recommendations, rankings, and shortlists are generated, displayed, or restricted.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
- provide accurate professional information;
- maintain their profile and privacy settings responsibly;
- use anonymous identity controls appropriately;
- avoid misuse of identity reset or multiple accounts;
- not attempt to reapply to previously submitted roles using new identities;
- comply with all platform rules and legal obligations.
Candidates remain responsible for all activity under their account and for any information they choose to disclose.
6. Employer & Recruiter Responsibilities
Employers and recruiters must:
- represent a legitimate hiring entity;
- use Wigiwork solely for authorized recruitment purposes;
- maintain confidentiality of all candidate information;
- ensure only authorized staff access the employer account;
- follow all hiring laws and anti-discrimination regulations;
- comply with all Wigiwork access, privacy, and data-handling rules.
Recruiter-Client Disclosure (Mandatory)
Recruiters and staffing agencies must:
- accurately disclose the employer clients they represent;
- identify the specific hiring client associated with each job posting, search, or hiring action;
- act only on behalf of legitimate, verified employers.
Misrepresentation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Access Rights & Restrictions
Employers may view candidate information only when authorized.
All access is temporary and subject to expiration.
After access ends, employers must:
- immediately discontinue use of candidate information;
- delete any derived notes or references;
- ensure no copies (digital or physical) are retained.
Unauthorized retention or reuse of candidate data is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action, including account termination.
Wigiwork is not responsible for any use of candidate information outside the platform once access has been granted.
8. Security Responsibilities
Users must:
- safeguard account credentials;
- prevent unauthorized access;
- maintain control over devices used to access Wigiwork;
- promptly report suspicious activity.
Wigiwork may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where unauthorized, unsafe, or suspicious behavior is detected.
9. Lawful & Non-Discriminatory Use
Users must:
- comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- refrain from discriminatory, harmful, or abusive conduct;
- avoid unlawful hiring practices;
- not misuse Wigiwork to harm, target, or disadvantage others.
Wigiwork may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate legal or ethical obligations.
10. Salary Accuracy & Range Integrity (Employers)
Employers must provide:
- accurate and non-misleading salary or compensation information;
- salary ranges that reflect the actual compensation offered;
- ranges within reasonable limits, consistent with platform standards.
Wigiwork may reject or require correction of:
- artificially low salaries;
- unrealistic or excessively broad ranges;
- misleading compensation practices.
Wigiwork does not disclose internal validation thresholds, enforcement logic, or system criteria used to assess salary data.
11. Matching, Ranking & Display Rights (Wigi IQ Labs)
Wigiwork may display, shortlist, recommend, or rank candidates and jobs at its full discretion.
Users acknowledge that:
- Wigiwork controls how results are ordered and displayed;
- visibility, ranking, and inclusion are not guaranteed;
- automated systems may determine relevance;
- Wigiwork is not obligated to disclose algorithmic logic;
- attempts to manipulate or interfere with ranking are prohibited.
Matching systems do not use personal identity or protected characteristics, and visibility or ranking is not guaranteed.
12. Consequences for Violations
Violations of these Terms may result in:
- reduced visibility;
- feature restrictions;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent account termination;
- loss of employer verification;
- invalidation of credits or employer tools;
- blocking of associated domains, devices, or networks;
- legal action for misuse, fraud, or confidentiality breaches.
Wigiwork may take any action necessary to protect anonymity, confidentiality, platform integrity, user safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
