Wigiwork offers optional integrations that connect your Applicant Tracking System ( "ATS") to streamline job posting and application handling.
All ATS integrations maintain Wigiwork's anonymous-by-default, NDA-Safe™, and privacy-first protections.

1. What ATS Integration Allows
1.1 Post Wigiwork Jobs from Your ATS
You can publish Wigiwork job listings directly from your ATS without manual duplication.
1.2 Receive Privacy-Protected Candidate Approvals
When a job is published via ATS integration, Wigiwork may send matched candidate signals or Highlight summaries to your ATS.
These summaries:
- represent anonymous-facing, identity-protected candidate information
- are generated using proprietary systems not disclosed by Wigiwork
- do not include identity, contact details, or full profile data
ATS data is used only as a trigger to notify you of aligned candidates.
To access full candidate information:
A Wigi Highlight is an AI-generated, anonymous-facing profile summary (see Candidate Rights & Identity Controls for full details).
- you must log into Wigiwork
- you must submit an Access Request
- the candidate must approve access
Full candidate profiles, identity data, and contact details are never delivered to your ATS, even after access is granted. All profile viewing and interaction must occur within Wigiwork.
1.3 Unified Hiring Workflow
ATS integration helps you:
- publish roles quickly
- avoid duplicate work
- receive structured, standardized Highlight summaries
- keep your hiring workflow in one place
2. What ATS Integration Does NOT Allow
ATS connections do NOT:
- reveal identity outside Wigiwork
- bypass Access Requests
- deliver full profiles to an ATS
- source or search Wigiwork talent from an ATS
- scrape or export candidate data
- circumvent anonymity controls
- expose Discovery Search
Direct identity data, full profile data, and contact details remain inside Wigiwork and are not delivered to the ATS through the integration.
ATS integrations do not provide access to full profiles, identity data, or candidate contact information under any circumstances. Even after Profile Access is granted, all identity data remains within Wigiwork and must be accessed through your Wigiwork account.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
Wigiwork:
- sends only privacy-protected Highlight summaries
- keeps full profiles within Wigiwork
- applies NDA-Safe™ enforcement
- uses encrypted, audited data transfer
- limits ATS access to the minimum information needed
Wigiwork is designed to support compliance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA where applicable
No ATS receives raw candidate data, identity information, or personal identifiers. ATS integrations are designed only to support workflow efficiency and do not function as a data transfer mechanism for candidate profiles.
Wigi Highlight summaries remain confidential Wigiwork data and may be treated as personal data under applicable privacy laws, even where direct identity and contact details are not included.
4. Posting Rules With ATS Integration
All jobs posted via ATS must follow Wigiwork rules:
- jobs must be real and active
- employer client must be disclosed (for agencies)
- salary must be accurate
- duplicate posting is not allowed
- one brand per job posting
- reposting restrictions apply
- scraped jobs are prohibited
- verification may be required
Wigiwork may reject, adjust, or suspend postings that violate platform rules.
5. Integration Setup
Integrations are:
- easy to activate
- free to use
- require minimal configuration
Access Requests and profile unlocks follow Wigiwork's normal credit rules.
ATS integrations are provided for convenience only and do not modify Wigiwork's privacy model, access controls, or confidentiality requirements.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I publish Wigiwork jobs from my ATS?
Yes.
What candidate information appears in my ATS?
Only anonymous Wigi Highlight summaries are sent. Identity is never included, regardless of access status.
Do I get identity in my ATS?
No. Identity is never shared with your ATS and is always accessible only within Wigiwork.
Can I search Wigiwork profiles in my ATS?
No. Searching and sourcing remain in Wigiwork.
Is the integration secure?
Yes — ATS data transfers use encryption and access controls. Employers remain responsible for their own ATS configuration, users, retention, and downstream use.
What if my ATS isn't supported?
You can still use Wigiwork normally. More integrations are added regularly.
7. Prohibited Use
Employers and recruiters may not:
- export, store, or replicate full profile data, identity data, contact details, or candidate information outside the permitted ATS integration scope
- attempt to infer identity
- use integration to scrape or harvest data
- repost the same job repeatedly to farm candidates
- post jobs under multiple brands
- misuse Highlight summaries
- bypass Access Requests or identity protections
- merge Wigi Highlight data with external profiles, enrichment tools, public databases, social networks, or third-party systems for re-identification, profiling, scraping, or off-platform contact
Employers must not use ATS integrations to replicate, store, or reconstruct candidate profiles outside Wigiwork.
8. Enforcement
Wigiwork may:
- disable ATS integration
- remove or restrict job postings
- suspend employer accounts
- perform Wigi-DNA™ enforcement
- issue organization-wide bans
- take legal action for violations
Wigiwork retains full discretion over ATS integration access and may restrict, disable, or modify integrations without notice to protect platform integrity, privacy, or compliance.

Employers who use their ATS systems to store, share, or repurpose candidate information outside the platform are solely responsible for that conduct and act as independent controllers under applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. Wigiwork does not control, and is not liable for, actions taken by users outside the platform. All candidate data access and interaction must occur within Wigiwork.
