WigiPic™ Terms & Use

WigiPic™ is a stylized avatar designed to reduce direct exposure of your real photo. It does not guarantee that recognition or re-identification is impossible.

WigiPics are:

• unique to the user's selected or generated avatar while in active use;
• designed to reduce direct visual identity exposure; and
• symbolic and illustrative rather than real profile photos.

WigiPics allow professional information to be presented without requiring a traditional profile photo, subject to the limitations described in these Terms.

You may use your assigned WigiPic for personal, non-commercial purposes outside Wigiwork, such as on personal profiles, CVs, portfolios, or online communities, provided that your use does not:

• mislead others;
• suggest official Wigiwork endorsement;
• violate these Terms; or
• create a competing avatar, identity, dataset, AI-training, branding, or commercial system.

If you use the same WigiPic outside Wigiwork, especially on accounts, CVs, portfolios, or profiles connected to your real identity, it may become associated with you and increase the risk of recognition or re-identification.

Wigiwork is not responsible for how WigiPics are used, interpreted, copied, shared, or analyzed outside the platform by users, third parties, external services, search engines, or systems not controlled by Wigiwork.

To protect the platform and its users, WigiPics must not be used for:

• business branding or company identity;
• advertising, marketing campaigns, or commercial products;
• impersonation or misleading representation;
• creating similar avatars, tools, or systems;
• training AI models or datasets; or
• use in competing platforms or services.

You must not:

• modify, copy, or recreate the WigiPic style; or
• use a WigiPic in a way that suggests an official partnership with or endorsement by Wigiwork.

A publicly displayed WigiPic does not itself display your name, contact details, or other Wigiwork-controlled direct identity fields. It serves as the visual avatar associated with your Wigiwork profile.

WigiPics are not intended to represent, rank, score, or support assumptions about gender, ethnicity, race, skin tone, age, disability, attractiveness, religion or philosophical belief, political opinion, sexual orientation, trade-union membership, or another protected or personal characteristic.

Information you choose to associate with a WigiPic, including through external use, may affect whether other people can recognize or identify you.

You may select a WigiPic from Wigiwork's pre-created archive or upload a photo to generate a custom WigiPic.

We use an uploaded photo to generate a stylized WigiPic. We retain the source photo only for as long as needed for that purpose and any limited period required for security, legal, or technical reasons. We do not use WigiPic processing to identify you. Uploaded WigiPic source photos and generated WigiPics are not protected by Wigi-DNA™. See Confidentiality & Wigi-DNA™ for the scope of those safeguards.

A WigiPic created from your photo may resemble you and may carry a higher risk that someone could recognize or identify you. If reducing recognition risk is your priority, consider choosing a WigiPic from the archive that does not resemble your appearance.

Use of the photo-based WigiPic feature is optional.

You may use your WigiPic subject to these Terms, but Wigiwork retains its applicable intellectual-property rights in the WigiPic system, style, design language, and related assets.

This means:

• you receive limited personal usage rights;
• the WigiPic system, style, design language, and related assets remain protected; and
• you do not receive rights to reproduce, commercialize, copy, modify, train models on, or build derivative systems from Wigiwork's visual identity.

Deleting, resetting, or replacing a WigiPic does not grant you exclusive rights over its image, style, design language, or underlying avatar concept.

When you delete, reset, or replace a WigiPic, the original WigiPic is removed from active use and is not intentionally reassigned to another user. Limited copies may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, audit, or compliance.

Because WigiPics are stylized avatars, Wigiwork cannot guarantee that another archive-selected or photo-generated WigiPic will never look similar.

A new WigiPic may be selected, generated, or assigned where applicable.

Misuse of WigiPics may result in:

• content removal;
• account restrictions;
• suspension or termination; or
• legal action where applicable.
