Prohibited Conduct

This page defines prohibited conduct on Wigiwork, including de-anonymization attempts, unauthorized data handling, misuse of communication tools, manipulation of platform systems, confidentiality breaches, and enforcement actions.

Users must use Wigiwork only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized purposes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. Attempts to De-Anonymize Users

Users may not:

  • attempt to identify, trace, or deanonymize any candidate or user;
  • use external tools, databases, or inference techniques to determine identity;
  • bypass or interfere with anonymity protections.

Anonymity is a core platform function. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension or termination and may result in legal action.

2. Unauthorized Access or Data Handling

Users may not:

  • access information they are not authorized to view;
  • copy, save, export, record, transmit, or distribute candidate information;
  • upload candidate data into external systems (ATS, CRM, mailing lists, spreadsheets, databases);
  • retain any candidate information after access expires.

All information accessed through Wigiwork remains confidential under NDA-Safe™ restrictions and must not be retained, reused, or distributed outside permitted use.

Wigiwork is not responsible for any use or misuse of information once it has been accessed or taken outside the platform.

3. Circumvention of Security or Privacy Controls

Users may not:

  • bypass visibility settings, access restrictions, or confidentiality protections;
  • attempt to alter or remove Wigi-DNA™ protections;
  • evade identity reset controls or verification requirements;
  • attempt to subvert geographic, regulatory, compliance, or risk-control restrictions.

4. Automated Access & Data Collection

Users may not use:

  • bots
  • scrapers
  • automation tools
  • crawlers
  • data harvesting software
  • external agents
  • or any automated system

to access, collect, extract, or interact with Wigiwork data.

5. Misrepresentation or Fraud

Users may not:

  • create false or misleading accounts;
  • misrepresent identity, credentials, or hiring authority;
  • post fraudulent or deceptive job listings;
  • impersonate individuals or companies;
  • provide false information during verification.

Recruiters may not hide, obscure, or misstate the employer clients they represent. Misrepresentation is a material breach and may result in account termination or legal action.

6. Unauthorized Contact & Communication

Users may not:

  • contact candidates outside Wigiwork without explicit approval;
  • use candidate information for marketing, solicitation, outreach, or sales activity;
  • add candidate information to communication lists, CRM systems, or campaigns.

You must not attempt to move conversations off-platform for the purpose of bypassing anonymity protections or access controls.

7. Unlawful, Harmful, or Abusive Behavior

Users may not:

  • engage in harassment, threats, or abusive communication;
  • use discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful conduct;
  • violate employment or anti-discrimination laws;
  • target individuals or entities in harmful, coercive, or exploitative ways.

8. Manipulating Platform Features

Users may not:

  • manipulate, interfere with, or attempt to influence ranking, matching, or recommendations;
  • misuse salary fields to mislead candidates or bypass platform requirements;
  • attempt to artificially boost visibility or avoid de-ranking;
  • misuse identity reset, create multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulate platform systems for advantage.

9. Reverse Engineering & System Analysis

Users may not:

  • reverse engineer, probe, analyze, or test Wigiwork's internal systems;
  • attempt to discover platform signals, logic, algorithms, or criteria;
  • study platform behavior to evade detection or influence outcomes.

All platform logic, ranking systems, automated processes, and system outputs are proprietary and protected.

10. Violations of Confidentiality (NDA-Safe™)

Users may not:

  • disclose candidate or employer information to unauthorized parties;
  • excerpt, screenshot, photograph, record, or reproduce any confidential content;
  • leak or publish information obtained from Wigiwork.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and may lead to legal action.

11. Using Wigiwork for Non-Professional Purposes

Users may not use Wigiwork to:

  • solicit customers or sell products;
  • conduct unrelated marketing or recruiting;
  • scrape talent or company data for external databases;
  • operate competitive intelligence gathering or build external datasets using Wigiwork data.

12. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this section may result in:

  • immediate suspension;
  • permanent account termination;
  • loss of employer verification;
  • invalidation of credits or tools;
  • blocking of associated emails, domains, devices, or IP ranges;
  • legal action where appropriate.

Wigiwork may take any action necessary to protect anonymity, confidentiality, platform integrity, user safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
