AI Systems & Recommendations
1. Use of Automated Systems
Wigiwork uses automated systems ("Wigi IQ Labs™") to support anonymous discovery, shortlisting, and recommendation features.
These systems operate on professional and platform-related information provided by users and are designed to support relevance, quality, and platform integrity.
Wigiwork does not use personal identity or protected demographic characteristics to determine relevance or ranking.
Wigiwork does not verify and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data used by these systems.
2. Anonymous Recommendations
Employers may be shown anonymous candidate listings that appear relevant to their stated hiring needs.
Recommendations remain fully anonymous unless a candidate explicitly approves an Access Request.
Wigiwork does not guarantee that any specific candidate, job, or result will appear in search or recommendations, and visibility or inclusion is determined solely by platform systems.
3. Shortlisting
Wigiwork automatically shortlists the candidates who appear most relevant for each job post. This is the system's first action: surfacing anonymous professionals whose profiles align with the role's requirements.
Shortlisting indicates that a candidate is suitable for further consideration — such as outreach, screening, or an interview — but it does not guarantee fitness, selection, or hiring outcomes and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment.
Shortlists evolve as profiles and job criteria change.
Shortlisting does not reveal personal identity.
Identity is disclosed only if the candidate approves an employer's Access Request.
Shortlisting is generated by automated systems and may change at any time without notice.
4. Automated Inclusion in Shortlists
If a candidate appears relevant to an employer's role, Wigiwork may automatically include that candidate in a shortlist.
Identity is never disclosed unless the candidate approves access.
Employers cannot influence, manipulate, bypass, or attempt to interfere with this process.
5. Matching, Ranking & Display Rights
Wigiwork retains full discretion over how candidates, roles, and content are categorized, ranked, displayed, surfaced, or excluded across regions, markets, and system-defined segments.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Wigiwork's systems determine what is shown, in which order, and to whom;
- visibility, placement, and ranking are not guaranteed;
- automated processes may determine relevance using professional information;
- Wigiwork is not required to disclose internal criteria, signals, processes, or algorithm logic;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or interfere with these systems are strictly prohibited.
Such categorization and visibility may be determined using automated systems and may change dynamically based on platform conditions.
6. User-Generated Content Ownership
Wigiwork does not offer paid visibility boosts, promoted placement, or pay-to-win ranking. Employers cannot purchase preferential treatment in search, shortlisting, or recommendations.
Wigiwork may apply platform-defined logic to maintain fairness, quality, and relevance, and system integrity.
7. Wigi AI Assistant (Private, Isolated Container)
The Wigi AI Assistant helps candidates and employers improve profile content, refine job requirements, or generate professional material.
The Assistant operates in a private, isolated container tied exclusively to that user:
- it cannot access any other user's data;
- it does not share or transfer user information;
- it does not train external or global systems;
- its memory remains isolated to that user's history.
All interactions remain anonymous and confidential.
Wigiwork is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
8. Fairness & Non-Discrimination
Wigiwork's automated systems do not:
- use personal identity
- use protected demographic attributes
- rely on appearance, age, gender, ethnicity, or similar personal details
- prioritize visibility based on payment or financial influence
Recommendations are intended to support fairness, relevance, and lawful hiring practices, but do not guarantee outcomes or equal visibility.
9. System Limitations
Automated recommendations, rankings, and shortlisting are provided "as-is," without guarantee of accuracy or suitability.
Employers remain solely responsible for independently evaluating candidates.
Wigiwork is not liable for missed opportunities, visibility, shortlist placement, system decisions, or automated behaviors.
System outputs may vary over time due to updates, data changes, or platform conditions.
10. Profile Strength & Star Rating (Profile Completeness Only)
Wigiwork displays a star rating("Profile Strength") on candidate profiles to reflect profile completeness only.
This rating indicates how much optional professional information a candidate has added to their profile.
The star rating:
- does not evaluate skill, ability, performance, or employability;
- does not use identity, protected traits, or personal attributes;
- may influence ordering or visibility within Discovery Search and shortlists;
- reflects completeness and effort, not talent or quality.
Profile Strength never reveals identity or personal information and is intended solely as an informational indicator.
Profile Strength may change over time as profile data is updated.
AI System Accuracy & Limitations
Wigiwork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, recommendations, or results.
AI outputs should not be relied upon as definitive or sole decision-making inputs.
Proprietary AI Systems
Wigiwork is not required to disclose how its AI systems operate, including underlying logic, signals, weighting, or decision-making processes.
Any attempt to analyze, extract, or infer system behavior for replication or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.
11. Demonstration & Onboarding Content
Wigiwork may use limited system-generated or demonstration content within onboarding to illustrate how the platform operates.
Such content is not included in discovery, matching, or recruiter-facing systems and is not used for hiring or engagement.
Wigiwork's live talent marketplace operates exclusively on real user profiles.
