All rights are reserved. No license or right to use Wigiwork intellectual property is granted unless explicitly provided in writing by Wigiwork.

All source code, system architecture, infrastructure, data models, and technical implementations used by Wigiwork are proprietary and confidential.

2. WigiPic™ Avatars

WigiPic™ is governed by the WigiPic section within the Terms of Service and the Trademark & Brand Use Notice.

WigiPic designs, illustrations, formats, and visual systems form part of Wigiwork's proprietary brand identity and remain protected intellectual property.

  • recommendation and shortlisting systems
  • profile display mechanisms
  • Wigi AI Assistant container technology

are proprietary, confidential, and protected.

Users may not:

  • reverse-engineer, replicate, or imitate any Wigiwork system or feature;
  • create derivatives of platform processes, designs, or technologies;
  • use any Wigiwork system, output, or functionality outside the platform or for external replication.

All AI models, scoring systems, recommendation logic, and system-generated outputs (including summaries, insights, and structured data) are proprietary to Wigiwork. Users may not use such systems or outputs to build competing products, datasets, or external services.

Use of LinkedIn's "Verified on LinkedIn" badge and branding is governed by LinkedIn's Branding Guidelines and is subject to LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. Wigiwork displays such badges solely as permitted by LinkedIn and does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation beyond what LinkedIn expressly authorizes.

5. Visual Identity Protection

Wigiwork's visual identity — including the Ghost Character™, Ripped-W Icon™, color palette, UI style, typography, and design patterns — is protected under copyright and trade dress law.

Unauthorized copying, imitation, replication, or use in a way that may confuse users or imply affiliation with Wigiwork is prohibited. This includes any attempt to replicate Wigiwork's visual style, character systems, or design language.

6. User-Generated Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Wigiwork. By uploading content, users grant Wigiwork a limited license to:

  • store, process, and display the content;
  • apply Wigi-DNA™ for protection;
  • make it accessible according to the user's visibility settings.

This license ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to any legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or compliance-related retention requirements.

7. Prohibition on External Use & Derivative Works

Users may not:

  • extract or repurpose Wigiwork content outside the platform;
  • publish screenshots or designs without permission;
  • build derivative services or tools based on Wigiwork's systems or branding;

Candidates may share their own WigiPic, but all other Wigiwork assets remain protected. Users must not copy, replicate, or present Wigiwork branding, design, or content in a way that may confuse users, mislead, or imply association with Wigiwork, nor extract, aggregate, reuse, or analyze Wigiwork data, outputs, or systems to create external datasets, intelligence tools, or competing services.
